QR code in Onlet
You can generate and print QR codes from Onlet. If you already have a QR code or barcode on the products, these can still be used by creating a link to the product in Onlet.
New QR codes are created and printed from the "Products" side menu and the "QR code" submenu. Here it is efficient to create new codes and get an overview of which products are missing a code. Here you also have the option to delete QR codes.
The traffic lights show which groups the products have received, are missing, or are partially assigned QR codes.
Application: There are many areas in Onlet where you can imagine using QR codes. In the first instance, it is now possible to use QR code reading everywhere in the delivery and return app where you search for a product. This means that you find the right order/product faster.
QR code in APP
In the app, there is the menu option "Reg. code" where you can read the QR/barcode that is already on the product and link it to the product in question in Onlet (pictured below on the left).
Press the button "Register QR code" and the camera on the mobile opens so that you can scan the QR/barcode (picture on the right).
Note! Use of the QR/bar code reader in the app must be activated under settings in the app.
How to scan QR code in APP
You press in the search field, which is at the top of the delivery or return app, and the camera will open so that you can scan the code (picture on the left). If the scanning is not successful or a QR code is not available on the machine, you can still enter the product number in the search field.
You get hits on the order right away and can deliver the products quickly and efficiently by pressing the arrow on the right side of the search result (picture on the right):
Tip! On most phones, it is possible to set under Settings that you do not need to approve the use of the camera every time you scan a QR code.
QR code (print)
When printing the QR codes on a label machine, the template can be customized under the "Reports" side menu and the "Products" submenu. If the template is to be changed, you must design a custom template (duplicate this language variant). The template can then be changed in relation to width and length and other adjustments.
