Delivery inspection is used to verify equipment that is to be delivered to the customer. Delivery inspection can be carried out from Onlet on a PC, but the most practical way is to perform this in the Mobile App, where the maintenance is available for completion in the Packing Slip screen.
To add a Delivery Inspection to a product, you must first activate it on the product or product group under Basic Setup.
A maintenance task for delivery inspection will be created as soon as the product is returned from an order. It is then possible to perform the delivery inspection even before the product is associated with a new order.
As soon as an order with a packing slip is created for the product, the maintenance task will be linked to the order. It will then be visible in the Resource Management screen whether the Delivery Inspection has been performed or not.
Mobile App
Inside the Packing Slip in the mobile app, you can also carry out the Delivery Inspection in connection with the delivery of the equipment.
