Viewing Drivers
In the driver overview, the transport planner gets a clear overview of all transport assignments per driver. Here, you can track the status of each assignment as the driver updates the status in the driver app. You also get an overview of working hours, free time, absences, conflicts between assignments and absences per driver.
The drivers are shown as circles down the list, and you can activate/deactivate drivers in the view by clicking on them. The active circles are the drivers selected for the current day.
- Purple color indicates that the driver has assignments on the current day but has been chosen to be hidden in the view
- Red color indicates absence for the entire day
- Click the magnifying glass to bring up search and filtering options at the top of the screen

Free time (green box) and absence (gray box) per driver are displayed as shown (image on the left).
If a transport assignment conflicts with absence, the "absence box" turns red and a warning appears on the left side of the driver's name with the following tooltip: "Assigned driving assignment conflicts with absence" (image on the right).
Additionally, the color of the blue border on the left side of the assignment changes to red, indicating which assignment is in conflict.
Conflicts are also shown if the transport assignment extends beyond the driver's working hours.
If transport assignments conflict with each other, this is also shown with a red conflict box.
