Under the Standard registries tab, there are a number of sub-registers.
- Terms of payment
- Payment-free days is a register for days that are basically exempt from rent for defined product groups, customers/customer groups
- Unit types for registering pcs, liters, meters, kg, etc.
- Email templates, predefined per mail type, how the email will appear to the recipient.
- Fees for various invoice variants
- Contact person roles used on contact persons for grouping
- Contact status used on customers and suppliers for grouping
- Customer groups
- Rental price for registering and maintaining price types and rules related to prices.
- Supplier groups
- VAT register for registering VAT rates
- Price template is less used, Discount template is often preferred/recommended
- Product info are free fields and information linked to the products in the product register
- Jobtitle is used on contact persons for grouping
- Currency setting for what currency should be active
- Payment method setting for what payment method should be active.
