Rental terms can be uploaded in PDF format at the top level in the archive.
First, upload the document and select "rental terms" (a separate column). Here you must also select the language.
If you have multiple languages, you must choose which language will be the default terms.
Once the rental terms are uploaded in the archive (top level), go to Settings > Default Setup > Offers/Orders > Print. There you need to scroll down to the bottom and change the setting "Get rental terms from" to "Archive".
The settings "Offer - Include rental terms" and "Order - Include rental terms" should be enabled.
