The archive can be found in the main menu on the left side. Here you can add documentation at the group, model, or product level. Documents added to a group are inherited down to the subgroups, models, and products.
There is a maximum limit of 28 MB per file uploaded to the archive.
The purpose of the archive is to send documentation (user manuals, etc.) to customers, but the challenge is that if you send a file via email that is larger than 28 MB, the recipient's mail system will often reject such emails because the file is too large.
You can check the boxes in the various columns if the document should be available on quotes, orders (ordered, delivered, canceled, returned), packing slips, return slips, and/or maintenance. If you also choose to check "Attached," the document will be automatically attached when sending emails.
