Settings > Standard registries > Currency
Here you activate the desired currency and enter the exchange rate. You can click the "Update Exchange Rates" button to fetch rates. If you want updated exchange rates every night, check this option.
Note: When changing the exchange rate, all orders using the exchange rate from the register will be automatically recalculated. Orders with their own rates will not be affected. Changing the rate will not change the price in the currency, but the Norwegian price (base currency) will be updated.
Check "Use Currency Account" if you want to have separate bank accounts and IBANs for the currency.
Access Template
A specific access level has been created for users who are allowed or not allowed to edit the exchange rates on quotes/orders.

If you have the Factoring module, you also have the option to enter separate bank accounts and IBANs for the currency.
