You can add and modify in:
Customer card
Select "+ New project"
Enter project number and description
A new customer project is created.
- Collective invoice for the project is selected when all orders for the project should be invoiced together in the selected rental period
- Price/discount structure, see more information here.
- By default, a project follows the same discount/price template set on the customer
- Uncheck the box "Same as customer" and click the button "Edit project discounts" to enter your own discounts for the current project
- The same options to set custom price/discount structures on projects as on customers are available, as well as the possibility to override by breaking inheritance
- Contact persons: "+ Add" to select contact persons for the project. Selected contact persons are automatically added to the order in the chosen roles (when only 1 is pre-defined)

When I change to another customer project, I get the following question:
- OK = The prices on the order lines are kept
- Yes + recalculate = The order lines are recalculated and the prices from the selected project are applied to the order lines
- Cancel = The window closes and the previously selected project is retained
If you select a different discount template on the order, a warning triangle will be shown
