Overview Screen

  • Search by customer, product number or description, project number or description, order number, and return slip number, or scan the product’s QR code
  • Carousel with access to your most recently edited orders and return slips

Order Screen

  • Lists an order’s order lines that can be returned
  • Lists all Return Slips associated with an order
  • Option to close an order
  • Option to create a Return Slip

Return Slip Screen

  • Update general return slip information (status, return time, notes…)
  • Update information about a product on a return slip (quantity, notes, loss, damage)
  • Fill out checklists and the ability to set return control maintenance to "Completed" (requires Service & Maintenance module)
  • Take photos (saved on the return slip and can be sent via email)
  • Send Damage Report with photos directly from the app
  • Handling of related products
  • Add new sales products and services

Settings in the Return app

Module settings can be found by clicking on the "modules" menu option on the right side in Onlet and then on the gear icon:

By clicking the gear icon for “App - Return” you can control whether it is allowed to: 

  • “Close order” from the return app. The same criteria apply for closing an order from the app as in Onlet.
  • Allow quick execution of maintenance (maintenance module must be activated)
  • Use the status "Return controlled" in the app
  • Use signing. Changes that affect the return slip will require a new signature. Signed return slips are displayed on the return slip in Onlet.

Sending Photos from Onlet

If photos are taken from the app, this is indicated with a special photo icon on the relevant package/return slip line. Here you can preview and print them.

If you want to send the photos by email, this is done from the order’s email sending screen. A dedicated icon indicates this. Behind this icon are all the photos, and you can select the photos you want to send.
