The Onlet Maintenance app is an add-on service for the Service & Maintenance module. The purpose of the app is to allow you to perform all types of Service & Maintenance tasks on your mobile device, wherever you are. In the app, you can, among other things:
- Perform all types of Service & Maintenance tasks
- Easily filter your assigned maintenance tasks
- Take pictures
- Upload documents
- Complete checklists
- Create new general maintenance tasks
- Submit damage reports
- Add an order line to an existing order for maintenance tasks that are to be invoiced to the customer
- View the machine's location on the map (requires the GPS Location module to be activated)
Maintenance planning is done on a PC. The tasks themselves are intended to be carried out using the maintenance app.
