What is GPS1
GPS 1 consists of two main functionalities:
Position - See where your equipment is directly in Onlet
Machine hours - Automatically update the machine hours in Onlet.
Position
The GPS symbol in the overview changes color from gray to blue when data is retrieved. The machine hours value is automatically updated once per day if there is a change and the "new" machine hours value is greater than the "old" hour meter value. Position data and machine hours value can be updated manually by clicking on the GPS symbol in the various images, which will update the machine hours value in the tab Overview in thr Product screen.
In the resource management image, key information is displayed by clicking on the GPS symbol and then pointing to the symbol.
In the packing slip and return slip images, position data and machine hours value are retrieved by clicking on the GPS symbol and then pointing to the symbol.
The same functionality is also shown in the Maintenance overview
Machine hours
Machine hours is automatically updated on the product card in Onlet.
This enables automatic Service and Maintenance tasks to be created based on Hour Frequency for customers who also have the Service & Maintenance module activated. For example, every 500 hours the filter should be changed.
