Browser Tips
Full Screen
By using the function key F11 on the keyboard, Onlet is presented in full screen view. Reset by pressing F11 once again.
Multiple Screens
By dragging the browser tab to another screen, Onlet can run multiple times and on different screens with the same license. You can work on an order on one screen, while the other screen has the Resource Management view open for new orders and other lookups. Another option is to have multiple views for different departments open in several tabs in the same browser on one or more screens.
Find Words and Phrases
The following shortcut keys can be useful via browser functionality
- Control+F (Ctrl+F)
- F3
On pages with a lot of information, searches can be effective. A search box appears at the top right corner and search hits are marked with yellow and orange colors.
Open Link in New Browser Tab
Links in Onlet are often various numbers with an underline. By Ctrl+clicking the link, what you click on will open in a new browser tab.
Clear Cache and Perform a Hard Reload
Here are some tips you can try if you experience that certain procedures in Onlet run slowly.
- Press F12 (ignore the window that pops up on the right side)
- Left-click and hold the refresh button. If it doesn’t appear the first time, refresh normally once, wait, and then press and hold the refresh button again (image 1)
- We also recommend going into Settings > System > uncheck hardware acceleration and run Chrome in the background (image 2)

Shortcut for Program Startup
A shortcut can be created for the Onlet program.
Google Chrome
Click on the three dots at the top right corner (red circle) and then select " Cast, save and share" then "Create shortcut"
If you check "Open as window", Onlet will start in full screen view corresponding to what you get by using the F11 key on the keyboard.
The shortcut will be placed on the desktop but can also be moved to the taskbar or other locations by using the general functionality of the computer.
Microsoft Edge
In Microsoft Edge, a shortcut to Onlet can be created on the "Taskbar" as shown in the figure below. The Onlet icon then appears on the "Taskbar" along with other programs and shortcuts.
