At the last group level > the "overview" tab, you set whether the price should be the same for the entire group or if prices should be set at the product level.
Creating a Pricing Model:
The pricing model must be created under the "prices" tab by clicking the + sign:
Quotes/orders retrieve prices from the current pricing model:
- If the rental relationship starts before 05/01/2025, the price is taken from the first pricing model (05/01/2024).
- If the rental relationship starts after 05/01/2025, the rental prices are taken from the bottom pricing model (05/01/2025).
Price Type
Enter the price types that apply to the selected group (last group level).
Note! For price management per product, only the price types are registered here. Prices are registered per product.
The price set as "Std. price" is the price type suggested when creating an order. However, you can change to another price type at the order level.
Duplicate Pricing Model to Multiple or All Groups
There is an easy way to duplicate a pricing model to multiple or all groups in Onlet.
Create a pricing model with standard price types and select duplicate price. Set the date when the pricing model should be valid from. If the price should not be inherited, deselect this. Remember to choose which groups the selected pricing model should be copied to.
