Adjust existing price models with an adjustment percentage and the option to update all active order lines in selected groups with the new price model.
Note: If you have price templates, they will also be price adjusted.
Those who have a corporate group must use this with caution, as all prices throughout the entire corporate group will be changed for the selected groups.
1. Select the groups to be price adjusted
2. Price Adjustment
- Adjustment date: Set the date from which the new price model will be valid.
- Adjustment percentage: Enter the percentage by which the products will be increased.
- Rounding limit: Used so that low prices are not rounded. If the rounding rule "No rounding" is selected, the prices will get the new adjustment percentage. Create a separate price adjustment for groups with low prices.
- Rounding rule:
- No rounding, the price is shown with 2 decimals
- Normal, rounding up to the nearest whole krone from 0.50 and higher
- Up, rounding up to the nearest whole krone
- Down, rounding down to the nearest whole krone
- Adjust: select which prices should be adjusted in the price model
3. Generate price adjustment proposal. You will now see the proposal in Excel. It is divided into 3 tabs.
4. Create new price models
5. Update all active order lines in all groups with new price model: All active order lines with status: Ordered, rented, and deregistered will receive the new price model by clicking the update button.
6. Open price adjustment dialog
- This opens only if a group (last group level) has been price adjusted
- Here all order lines in the selected group with status: ordered, rented, and deregistered are shown
- Here the new price model can be selected on the applicable order lines
- Select recalculate on selected lines

) behind the price type
- Hovering the mouse pointer over it will show which price model it is taken from
- The price will take into account discount template, fixed price, and price template (if used)
