Any number of groups and subgroups can be registered. Pricing logic can be applied at the last group level or directly on the products. At the last group level, there are some rules that must be set:
- Checkmark for last group level
- Rule for whether price should be registered at the product or group level
- Product group number (optional)
- Product description
- Default product description, which appears as a suggestion when registering new products in the group
- Price calculation unit
- Setting for product type: Unique product or Quantity product
- Checkbox for whether insurance on rental is offered for the product group
- Checkbox for shared limit value for GPS overuse (separate module)
- Checkbox for whether there should be Auto numbering in the product group
Unique and quantity products that are removed from the assortment, or unique products that are sold or adjusted out of stock, are hidden from the group structure. A nightly job runs to hide these products the day after the change. Inactive products can be displayed by checking "show inactive products" at the top of the group structure, and they are marked with an asterisk (*) before the product number.
