Mass products are products of which you have more than one under the same item number. Mass products can be registered with or without inventory management.
Pricing for quantity equipment is always per product, but the price structure is registered on the product group.
Mass products are displayed in the Resource Management view with available quantity per date, including planned incoming and outgoing deliveries. The number on left shows the total number of products. Sold and decommissioned products are not included.
The bars show order status, time span, and customer information as for unique products when you expand the line.
Mass products must be registered under Inventory Movements in the Product Register. If the product is sold/inventoried in multiple warehouses, the product must also be registered with the desired quantity (or unlimited quantity) per warehouse. Inventory Movements shows Registrations, Adjustments, Transfers, and Losses.
For mass products, you can set a minimum inventory level. In the Resource Management view, there is a filter "Show only inventory alerts" that displays products with inventory below the minimum.
The inventory is adjusted from Products > Inventory Adjustment.
