To add a new product, you must first find the correct product group which is marked as last group level.
When you are in the correct product group, click Add product.
Here you must fill in Description, which specifies the name of the product, and choose either Ownership/split as Rental product or select Product no. as Sales product. If an order is to be created for this product from today or a few days earlier, it is important to backdate the Date, as the product cannot be made available for rental before this date.
Duplicate Product
If you need to enter many identical products, it is wise to use the Duplicate function. Select the product you want to copy and click the Duplicate button.
You will then get a window for creating a product with the same properties pre-filled. The product number must be filled in unless Auto number is enabled on the Product group. If the product has the same Product info, it is important to check Duplicate product info before saving.
