Vehicle Types
Select "Transport" from the main menu on the left side, then select "settings" from the top menu. In the vehicle types tab, you can enter all the vehicle types you have available. When creating specific vehicles, you can link them to these relevant vehicle types. Click the "Add" button to create new vehicle types. The description is saved automatically. Delete by clicking the trash can icon on the right side.
Incident Categories
In the driver app, the driver can create their own incidents linked to transport assignments. Here you can add comments, pictures, and severity level (green, yellow, and red light). See more information under the chapter for the driver app.
Under transport settings > incident categories, you can add categories that incidents are linked to. The linking is done in incident management.
Transport Statuses
In the "Transport Statuses" tab, you can select which statuses should be available to drivers in the app.
Read more about this functionality in a separate article: Dynamic Transport Status.
General
- Under transport settings > general, you can enter default hours between the delivery time and order start. On the packing slip, the delivery time for the transport assignment is 1 hour before the order start (from time), and on the return slip, the pickup time is 1 hour later than the order end (return date).
Packing slip:
Return slip:
- Use status Scheduled (changed slip) is a special status that the transport assignment gets if someone changes the packing or return slip where the transport assignment is set to "planned." The assignment then gets "planned (changed slip)" so the transport planner must go in and change it back to "planned." Only planned assignments are shown in the driver app. If you use this setting, there is a separate overview of this status in the transport overview.
- Use price structure activates the transport price calculator. A separate setup for this can be found under the Price Structure tab.
- By activating Create transport assignments on delivery og services, transport assignments will also be created on slips where you only have a service product.
- By activating Show available capacity, drivers who have entered their working hours will see a green box showing available time in the driver overview.
- By activating Show conflicts, special conflict boxes will appear in the driver overview if absences conflict with transport assignments or if transport assignments conflict with each other. Read more about this in the article Driver Overview.
- The External Carriers button is a shortcut to company settings > personnel where you can register external carriers. Read more about how to register external drivers in the following article: Driver Registration.
Departments
Here you can activate which department(s) should use transport assignments:
Price Structure (Transport Prices)
When you have checked "Use price structure" under the General tab, the Price Structure tab will appear. Here you build the price structure to be used when pressing the transport price calculator in the order view or on the individual slip. Read about this in a separate article for Transport Prices.
Access
Under company settings > access templates, you can activate/deactivate the following accesses to the transport module. Each Onlet user is linked to an access template.
