Registration of Internal Drivers and Access Rights
Under Company Settings > Personnel, you can add internal drivers. When registering a driver, you must choose internal or external driver in the drop-down menu and select the access level he/she should have in the driver app. The driver can have the following access rights:
- None
- Transport only (no access to the delivery and return apps)
- Delivery-/return slip and transport (grants full access to the driver app + delivery and return apps)
You can enter standard working hours which can be overridden per day in the driver overview.
If the driver has a fixed transport vehicle, it can be selected from the dropdown menu. Transport vehicles are registered as a new product in the group structure. Read about how to register a new transport vehicle in the article Vehicle Registration.
In the same view, you can check the box for "Send welcome email" and the driver will receive an email with login details and the option to create a password. You can also manually set a password by checking "Set password" at the bottom of the page.
Once the driver is registered in Onlet, he/she can download the app by entering the following address in the browser on their mobile device: m.onlet.no.
See the instructions on how to save the page as an app via the home screen in the article for "Mobile App" under settings.
External Drivers
External drivers are created in the same way as internal drivers, but you must select the type "External carrier" in the driver field. These are listed in a separate overview when you select "External carriers" in the "Personnel" tab.
There is also a button that opens this view inside the transport module, under Settings > General:
