Product Delivery (Packing Slip)
When delivering products that have been added to the order during the booking process, select the relevant products and click Delivery. Then the Packing Slip appears, where you specify the status of the order, either by setting it to Delivered or keeping it as Ordered for delivery at a later time, for example via the mobile app. The default status when creating a packing slip can be adjusted in the settings.
Once the packing slip is created, the date can no longer be edited in the order view. This must then be done by reopening the packing slip and changing the delivery date there.
Returning Products (Return Slip)
When products are to be returned, select the products and click Return Slip. Here you can choose the statuses Returned, Canceled, or temporarily keep the status as Delivered to postpone the return to a later time, for example via the mobile app. The default status when creating a packing slip can be adjusted in the settings. In the settings, there is also an option to activate the function "Can be controlled", if an additional approval step for returns is desired.
The shipping address is retrieved from the packing slip for the product but can be overridden if needed.
In the return slip, you can mark the product as lost or damaged, which will automatically add a billable order line if this is configured on the product.
When an order has been returned, the date field in the order is locked but can be changed by reopening the return slip and changing the return date there.
