The maintenance overview shows all maintenance in the system. The default view displays maintenance tasks that can be performed today, but it is possible to change the filter to show completed maintenance and maintenance due in the future.
More maintenance statuses and maintenance types can be created under Maintenance Settings, if you want to better filter different types of maintenance.
Export
If you want to generate a work list, you can, for example, filter by Maintenance Type, Warehouse, Product Group, and Responsible, or other desired filters, and then export the list to Excel.
The export will only contain what you see in the overview screen with all filters active.
